Our products are handmade and individually produced for you therefore most pieces are made to order and will be shipped 2 - 3 weeks from the time the order is placed.

However, we do carry some sizes and type of gold (yellow, white or gold) in stock. Those items are ready for immediate shipping.  If the items you ordered are in stock we will arrange the shipping within 2 days after your order is fully paid.

Q: Can I order a size larger than 9? 
A: Yes, absolutely, we can custom make it any size you like. Please get in touch with us to inquire about a custom size.

Q: Can this Earring be made in 18K or Platinum 
A: Yes, we can make it in 18K or Platinum. Additional fees will apply; please get in touch with us to inquire about the additional fees.

Q: How can I determine my size? 
A: We always suggest stopping by a local jewelry store for the most accurate sizing, as sizings taken at home may not be perfect.

Q: Are your diamonds ethically sourced? 
A: All the diamonds and gemstones used in all our products are ethically sourced.

Q: Is this item Real Gold or plated/vermeil, Will it tarnish and change color? 
A: All our products are 14k/18k Solid Gold, it will not tarnish or change color.

Q: Is the Diamond / Gemstone genuine or Lab Grown? 
A: This piece features a natural Diamond/Gemstone.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn or unused items. Just contact us at customercare@nyminimalist.com with your order number within five (5) days of delivery, and ship the item(s) back to us within: 14 days of delivery (must arrive in our studio within 14 days of its delivery).

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged.

 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:

 

• Custom or personalized orders

• Full Eternity Bands

• Items on Sale

• Items purchased during Sales Events

Conditions of Return

• All items must be returned in brand new condition; unused and worn.

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for returns/exchanges that may get lost in transit. We always suggest our clients use a trackable and fully insured method of shipment.

• The items must be shipped back in their original condition and packaging.
