Our products are handmade and individually produced for you therefore most pieces are made to order and will be shipped 2 - 3 weeks from the time the order is placed.However, we do carry some sizes and type of gold (yellow, white or gold) in stock. Those items are ready for immediate shipping. RETURNS
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn or unused items. Just contact us at customercare@nyminimalist.com with your order number within five (5) days of delivery, and ship the item(s) back to us within: 14 days of delivery (must arrive in our studio within 14 days of its delivery).

The following items can't be returned or exchanged.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:

 

• Custom or personalized orders

• Full Eternity Bands

• Items on Sale

• Items purchased during Sales Events

Conditions of Return

• All items must be returned in brand new condition; unused and worn.

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for returns/exchanges that may get lost in transit. We always suggest our clients use a trackable and fully insured method of shipment.

• The items must be shipped back in their original condition and packaging.

Q: Can this be purchased as a size you do not offer on the website? 
A: We can certainly make it in a size that is not offered in our shop. Please get in touch with us to inquire about the custom size.

Q: How can I determine my size? 
A: We suggest cutting out a piece of string and placing it on your neck, exactly where you would like the necklace to sit. You should then measure the string with a tape measure and add 1/2 inches for comfort. You can always refer to our sizing guide.

Q: Are your diamonds ethically sourced? 
A: All the diamonds and gemstones used in all our products are ethically sourced.

Q: Is this item Real Gold or plated/vermeil, Will it tarnish and change color? 
A: All our products are 14k Solid Gold, it will not tarnish or change color.

Q: Is the Diamond / Gemstone genuine or Lab Grown? 
A: This piece features a natural Diamond/Gemstone.
